Expect mild to warm temperatures averaging 58-75°F. Rain averages 9 days in July, so pack accordingly! Evenings can be cool, especially when moving between stages, we recommend bringing layers!

🌴 Miami, Florida – Ultra's Tropical Paradise
Miami is more than just a festival destination it's a cultural epicenter. From world-famous beaches to a thriving nightlife scene, this city knows how to party. Ultra Music Festival during Miami Music Week makes it the global EDM capital every March.
Climate During Festival Season (March)
Temperatures typically fall between 70-79°F. March is usually free of the humidity many people associate with the region, but rain is likely. South Florida is known for its spontaneous spurt of rain, which can lead to humidity once the sun comes back out. Nights are warm enough for festival outfits without layers, but bring a poncho!

Lodging Tips
South Beach puts you in the action, but expect premium prices and heavy bridge traffic. Mid-Beach and North Beach offer better value while still being accessible. The festival is downtown at Bayfront Park, but prices there can be incredibly steep. If you're okay with being a little further, look into staying by the airport where prices are cheaper and you're actually closer to Factory Town.
🎰 Las Vegas, Nevada – EDC's Neon Playground
Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world, and it provides the perfect backdrop for EDC's over-the-top production. When you're not dancing till dawn at the Speedway, the Strip offers endless entertainment options.
Climate During Festival Season (May)
It's a desert, so expect wild temperature fluctuations. Hot days 85-95°F and cool nights 50-60°F. Since EDC runs overnight, layer up or make use of your camp's in-and-out access! Minimal humidity, virtually no rain though be prepared since muddy terrain can occur.

If you're staying on the Strip, make use of the Premium Shuttles which allow you to book your return time in advance. Some shuttle queues can have multi-hour backups. Also look into EDC hotel packages, which come with themed merchandise and custom experiences at the host hotel.

Washington, DC in May can be tempermental, but expect mild to warm weather, with temperatures ranging from 61-76°F. Rain showers are possible, so bring your sunscreen AND a poncho.
